I’ve worked on homes here where the exterior glass picks up a visible haze within three weeks of a clean — genuinely one of the fastest buildup rates anywhere in the city.

Trestles is one of the most well-known surf breaks in the country, and its proximity shapes a lot of what T-Street is about — laid-back, ocean-oriented, and full of homes where the whole point of the architecture is the view down the coastline. That’s exactly why the glass matters so much here, the same way it does just up the hill in the Riviera District. A hazy window on a home built around a Catalina Island view is a bigger loss than it would be almost anywhere else in the city.
