Service Agreement
By booking a service with Clear Coast Window Cleaning, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property areas being serviced.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of estimate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Weather-related rescheduling is handled at no charge.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If any completed work does not meet our quality standard, notify us within 48 hours of service and we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
Liability
Clear Coast Window Cleaning carries general liability insurance. Pre-existing damage (e.g., failing seals, worn screens) will be documented and communicated prior to service.
